Data Retention Policy

This policy defines the retention periods for personal data by Snapium (GEMI No.: 145744403000), in accordance with the GDPR and Greek legislation.

We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection or as required by our legal obligations.

3.1 Client Data

• Contact details: 3 years after last transaction
• Order history: 5 years (tax obligations)
• Invoices and receipts: 10 years (tax legislation)
• Correspondence: 2 years after end of partnership

3.2 Website Data

• Analytics cookies: According to each cookie's settings
• Server logs: 90 days
• Contact forms: 1 year

3.3 Marketing Data

• Email marketing lists: Until consent is withdrawn
• Marketing cookies: According to each cookie's settings

4. Data Deletion

After the retention period expires, data is:

• Securely deleted from all systems
• Removed from backups within 30 days
• Not recoverable after deletion

5. Early Deletion

You can request early deletion of your data by sending an email to legal@snapium.gr. Note that some data may need to be retained due to legal obligations.
