1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website snapium.gr and the product photography services provided by Snapium (GEMI No.: 145744403000).
Use of our website and services implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Services
Snapium provides professional product photography services, including:
- Clothing photography (ghost mannequin, flat lay, on-model)
- Shoe and footwear photography
- Bag and accessories photography
- Jewelry photography (macro photography)
- Photo editing and retouching
3. Orders and Billing
Service prices are determined based on the product category, number of photos and specific requirements of each project. The final price is agreed upon before the photoshoot begins.
Payment is made according to the terms agreed in the quote. In case of late payment, Snapium reserves the right to suspend delivery.
4. Delivery
Delivery time depends on the workload. Standard delivery time is 24 hours for typical orders. For larger orders, delivery time is agreed upon in advance.
5. Intellectual Property
Copyright of the photographs is transferred to the client upon completion of payment. Snapium retains the right to use the photographs for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
Reproduction of any part of the website content without written permission from Snapium is prohibited.
6. Revisions and Corrections
Snapium offers free revisions until the client is fully satisfied with the result. Changes must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
7. Cancellation
The client may cancel an order before the photoshoot begins without charge. After work has commenced, the cost of work already completed will be charged.
8. Quality Guarantee
Snapium guarantees high quality in every photograph. If the client is not satisfied, they may request a re-shoot or refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Snapium is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or services, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
